This high-precision, high-efficiency SMC-1100 Servo Precision Double Helix High Speed Sheet Cutter Machine With Photoelectric Tracking is specifically developed for the cigarette packaging industry, featuring advanced label-following cutting capabilities. Integrating multiple patented technologies, it is equipped with a self-developed label-tracking control system, multi-stage edge correction system, and embedded double helix knife design. Simply by using the printed color marks as a reference and inputting the distance between two marks, the machine achieves fully automated alignment across all sections—from the unwinding stand to the collection unit—performing automatic anti-curling, edge correction, slitting, and continuous non-stop auxiliary paper collection in one seamless operation.
