Integrating an auto pallet changer and an auto logistic system into the delivery section of a die cutting or hot stamping machine, together with an auto non-stop delivery device, enables a continuous production mode where full pallets are automatically pushed out and empty pallets are automatically fed in, greatly reducing machine downtime.
During production, the auto non-stop delivery device collects sheets continuously through its main and auxiliary delivery units. When the stack on a pallet reaches the preset count, a sensor triggers the side‑mounted auto pallet changer, and the auto logistic system pushes out the full pallet. At the same time, an empty pallet slides in from the side to take over sheet collection. The whole process requires no machine stop, thus reducing manual pallet change time and improving overall equipment efficiency.
