The auto paper preloader feeds sheets one by one into the die cutter. After die cutting and stripping, the semi-finished products are conveyed to the automatic paper breaker, where the multi‑up blanks are automatically separated into individual finished pieces. The entire process is coordinated by an electrical control system that manages the timing of each unit, eliminating manual handling and blank separation. This improves efficiency, reduces labor costs, and allows customized parameter adjustments based on different product processes.
