Overview

BHT-1900FC/EFC Automatic Corrugated Die Cutting & Waste Stripping Machine is Dayuan's flagship ultra-large-format die cutting solution for high-end corrugated packaging challenges. BHT-1900FC uses lead edge feeder with strong board adaptability; BHT-1900EFC has bottom suction paper feeder for zero board damage. Integrated with precision variable-speed worm gear transmission mechanism and Siemens system, it enables accurate, reliable intelligent control. Its stripping unit features three frames four sides design: the upper and lower frames operate while the middle frame remains stationary so there are fewer connection points, and the plate is not prone to coming apart. It boosts production capacity and optimizes overall operational efficiency for large-format corrugated packaging.

Lead Edge Feeder (FC Series)

High-speed and precise lead edge feeder with high feeding accuracy, strong suction power, anti-slip performance, and stable transportation for various types of corrugated board.
New technology polyester wheels with grid lifter and air cushion ensure smooth feeding and accurate alignment even when dealing with warped board.
Inverter-controlled fine vacuum suction adjustment device.
Electric side-pushing baffles (both the left and right sides).
Independent or synchronous adjustment of left/right baffles.
Slanted front baffle with fine-tuning (forward/backward + upward/downward) .

Down Feeder (EFC Series)

High precision bottom suction feeder with non-stop suction nozzle, uses vacuum adsorption mechanism to send corrugated board into the paper pressing rollers, effectively avoiding sheet scratches during feeding.
Electric side-pushing baffle and pneumatic sheet aligning device (right side).
Electrically controlled paper feed roller.
Paper presser and front gauge; double sheet detector respond accurately.
Front hook adjustment device; paper bending up and down can be adjusted.

Sheet Transmission and Alignment Section

Non-stop feeding step adjustment.
The fine-tuning device for the front baffle's front and rear positions can be finely adjusted according to the gripper margin size.
Left/right positioning push gauges ensure precise side positioning of the cardboard.

Die Cutting Unit

A complete set of imported anodized aluminum alloy gripper bars and positioning structure, fine steel gripper teeth and supporting gripper plates.
The variable-speed worm gear transmission mechanism features a short die-cutting stroke and a large moving angle, which is conducive to the high-speed operation of small connection points in multiple impositions.

Stripping Unit (Three-frame & Four-side)

Users can choose whether to use the stripping function by lifting upper stripping frame.
Positive-negative die plates to achieve versatile stripping.
The installation of the middle stripping board adopts the center line quick positioning installation method, and the stripping board can be quickly installed.
The upper and lower frames operate while the middle frame remains stationary so there are fewer connection points, and the plate is not prone to coming apart.
The gripper stripping device can automatically convey gripper waste edges out of the machine.

Delivery Unit (High pile stacking)

Roll-up curtain type auxiliary paper delivery device, can realize non-stop paper delivery.
High pile stacking table adopts lifting device, paper delivery structure can pull the whole pile of paper out of the machine (Special for high pile stacking delivery).
Paper delivery alignment device.
Photoelectric detection of upper and lower limit switches can effectively prevent excessive paper pile stacking and paper curling up.

Batch conveying delivery unit (optional)

The non-stop rolling curtain auxiliary paper delivery device and the automatic batch delivery lifting table device can be used alternately. The automatic batch delivery lifting table device can automatically set the number of stacked sheets, and cooperate with the conveyor belt to convey the paper outside the machine (Special for batch delivery, optional).
The automatic batch delivery lifting table uses conveyor belts for paper delivery. The paper surface is not easily scratched or abraded during the paper stacking process (Special for batch delivery, optional).
The external paper delivery rack and the batch delivery lifting table can also be moved aside to switch to the high pile stacking delivery unit.
