User experience is our priority. Our control systems feature intuitive, multi-language touchscreen interfaces, backed by training and comprehensive manuals to help your operators master the machine with ease.
Single-unit hot stamping and die cutting machines use a single-process design, meaning hot stamping and die cutting cannot be completed simultaneously. To perform both processes, hot stamping must be completed first, followed by a second sheet feed for die-cutting.
Hot stamping mode: Sheets are fed into the stamping unit by the feeder. Under the pressure and heat of the stamping plate, which is heated to a preset temperature, the metal layer of the hot foil is transferred onto the sheet surface, creating the stamped pattern. After stamping, the sheets are stacked and collected. If die-cutting is required, they are fed again into the die-cutting unit.
Die-cutting mode: Sheets are fed into the die cutting unit by the sheet feeding system. Under pressure, the plate frame with the mounted die cuts or creases the sheet. If the machine is equipped with a stripping system, waste removal is performed simultaneously, and finished products are obtained.
