Dayuan's MHC-1650B is a classic 1650mm Large-Format Semi-Automatic Flatbed Die Cutter. Its entire machine casting is made of nodular cast iron, ensuring stable operation from the source. Paper Feeding Unit

Suitable for multiple uses of cardboard, corrugated paper, and greyboard paper.

Die Cutting Unit

A complete set of imported anodized aluminum alloy gripper bars and positioning structure, fine steel gripper teeth and supporting gripper plates.
Adjustable gripper bar structure.
The pressure regulating device enables precise pressure control via PLC touch screen buttons.
Die-cutting pressure is measured directly and accurately by deformation measuring device and displayed on the human-machine interface.

Delivery Unit

High pile stacking table adopts lifting device, paper delivery structure can pull the whole pile of paper out of the machine (Special for high pile stacking delivery).
Paper delivery alignment device.
Photoelectric detection of upper and lower limit switches can effectively prevent excessive paper pile stacking and paper curling up.
Spring chain adjustment device can reduce the inertia impact during the steerings of the gripper bar, and maintain the balanced tension of the chain.
