Dayuan's MHC-1100FC is a classic Automatic Waste Stripping Die Cutting Press Machine with Lead Edge Feeder. It uses a high-speed and precise lead edge feeder with high feeding accuracy for stable conveying of various corrugated boards. With three frames stripping, it finishes die cutting and stripping in one pass. Combined with a non-stop roll-up curtain type paper delivery device, it optimizes post-press processes. A PLC automatic pressure control system and timing belt drive with intermittent mechanism ensure stable operation and precise pressure, cutting downtime and boosting production continuity. Balancing efficiency and stripping quality with high cost-performance, it is a practical and efficient solution.

Lead Edge Feeder

High-speed and precise lead edge feeder with high feeding accuracy, strong suction power, anti-slip performance, and stable transportation for various types of corrugated board.
New technology polyester wheels with grid lifter and air cushion ensure smooth feeding and accurate alignment even when dealing with warped board.
Inverter-controlled fine vacuum suction adjustment device.
Electric side-pushing baffles (both the left and right sides).
Independent or synchronous adjustment of left/right baffles.
Slanted front baffle with fine-tuning (forward/backward + upward/downward).

Sheet Transmission and Alignment Section

Non-stop feeding step adjustment.
The fine-tuning device for the front baffle's front and rear positions can be finely adjusted according to the gripper margin size.
Left/right positioning push gauges ensure precise side positioning of the cardboard.

Die Cutting Unit

A complete set of imported anodized aluminum alloy gripper bars and positioning structure, fine steel gripper teeth and supporting gripper plates.
Adjustable gripper bar structure.
The pressure regulating device enables precise pressure control via PLC touch screen buttons.
Die-cutting pressure is measured directly and accurately by deformation measuring device and displayed on the human-machine interface.
Central positioning device.

Stripping Unit (Three frames)

Upper/Lower waste transmission mechanism.
Users can choose whether to use the stripping function by lifting upper stripping frame.
Intermediate negative stripping transmission mechanism.
The installation of the middle stripping board adopts the center line quick positioning installation method, enabling the operators to install the stripping board quickly and improving the plate changing efficiency.

Delivery Unit (High pile stacking)

Roll-up curtain type auxiliary paper delivery device, can realize non-stop paper delivery.
High pile stacking table adopts lifting device, paper delivery structure can pull the whole pile of paper out of the machine (Special for high pile stacking delivery).
Paper delivery alignment device.
Photoelectric detection of upper and lower limit switches can effectively prevent excessive paper pile stacking and paper curling up.

Electrical Unit

Self-developed PLC control system(Invention Patent).
The die-cutting unit adopts 10.4-inch touch display screens.
The machine adopts Germany Moeller brand relays, AC contactors, air switches and buttons, to ensure the stability and reliability of electrical parts.
The machine adopts Japanese Omron brand photoelectric switch, optical fiber, encoder and sensor, to ensure the accuracy and stability of electrical detection of each part of the action.
