MHK-1500AR is Dayuan's Heavy Pressure Automatic Flat Bed Die Cutting Machine with Heating System of the high-end intelligent series, featuring stable working pressure and supporting deep embossing and die cutting functions for vivid, three-dimensional embossing effects with striking visual impact. Equipped with the servo controlled gripper bar positioning device and torque limiting overload protector, it allows direct die cutting precision adjustment via touch screen, sustaining consistent process stability during high-speed production. It meets high-end packaging processing requirements and delivers a reliable, highly efficient production solution.

Paper Feeding Unit

Fish-scale powerful feeder head with 4 suction and 6 delivery. The suction head can be adjust to various angles according to paper deformation.
Horizontal paper separation blower.
The main and auxiliary stacking tables alternate without stopping, ensuring non-stop feeder operation.
Electrical left/right fine-tuning device for the main feed pile.
The paper alignment adjustment device can adjust the distance before the paper reaches the gauge without stopping the machine.

Paper Conveying Unit

Pneumatic lifting device for paper feeding frame.

Main Machine(refrigeration) cooling and lubrication mechanism

The whole machine adopts a centralized automatic oil supply system to ensure that the transmission parts are not short of oil.
Automatic oil pumping circulation cooling device ensures the lubrication of the main machine during long-term high-speed operation and maintains the normal temperature of the lubricating oil of the main machine.

Delivery Unit

Roll-up curtain type auxiliary paper delivery device, can realize non-stop paper delivery.
Adjustable mechanical paper delivery brush press mechanism to help gripper bar discharge and stack paper.
