Stripping and blanking machines are primarily used in the following industries:
Packaging and printing – For waste removal after die cutting of cigarette boxes, wine boxes, medicine boxes, luxury packaging, cosmetic boxes, and food & beverage packaging.
Paper product processing – For products such as greeting cards, hang tags, shopping bags, and display stands that require removal of excess waste edges.
Special material processing – For materials such as thin corrugated board (E, F flute) and thin PVC sheets, to remove die‑cut waste and improve downstream process efficiency.
Premium gift box production – For fine stripping of cardboard to ensure smooth edges, facilitating subsequent lamination or assembly.
In addition, these machines are also suitable for high‑volume production scenarios requiring efficient waste removal, such as transport packaging, electronics packaging, and daily chemical packaging.
Standard models: 10–35 days. Customized functions or optional upgrades will extend delivery time. An exact delivery plan will be provided after order confirmation.
With correct operation and regular maintenance, the designed service life is 15 to 20 years. Stable structure and reliable construction ensure long-lasting performance for various stripping and blanking needs.
Customization is centered on the automatic lifter (optional). The lifter has a touch screen for parameter adjustment and reduces manual feeding. Custom needs can be discussed with the sales team.
Spare parts can be ordered directly through the sales team or local agent. Critical components are kept in stock to minimize machine downtime and are shipped globally via express couriers.
Sea freight is arranged for whole machines (most cost-effective), and air or express shipping is used for urgent spare parts. Reliable freight forwarders are engaged to ensure safe delivery to the designated nearby port.
