The Inovance electrical control system and secondary conveying structure enable fast separation of cut paper, adjusting for tile-stacked delivery. Main features: Equipped with automatic web loading and automatic tension control, with optional edge correction devices. It delivers smooth, flat cut edges, suitable for direct printing without secondary processing. The automatic edge-guiding electric eye detects the positional deviation of the paper edge or printing reference line, and the edge-correcting system corrects the paper in real time.
Automatic cursor tracking slitting: Accurate positioning of the dual-servo drive system to achieve synchronization and adjustment of dual servo motors.

Anti-Curve Device

Paper Pre-pressing Section

Paper pre-pressing section adopts electric control and inching mode, to make the pressing roll moving vertically(engage and disengage), ensuring proper positioning of the conveyed paper and reducing paper wrinkling.

Slitting Knife Unit (Optional)

Adjustable trimming and slitting knives, and waste paper edge suction fan with air duct on both sides.
Upper slitting knife: Adjustable rising and falling, switch type slitting knife, and paper cutting clearance can be adjusted manually.
Lower slitting knife: Knife shaft fixed the upper and lower position, and paper cutting clearance can be adjusted manually.

Knife Cutting Unit
