The inspection commenced at the company’s core equipment exhibition and demonstration area, where the delegation witnessed real-time operational tests of Dayuan’s mainstream devices, including professional die-cutting machines, hot foil stamping equipment and roll-to-sheet cutting systems. The flagship BHT multi-station die-cutting machine stood out during the display. Equipped with a fully independent servo motor drive system, each working station can operate autonomously without mutual interference. The on-site technical team demonstrated an integrated one-pass production process combining holographic positioning hot stamping and deep embossing, which can efficiently create intricate texture effects for high-end packaging products. The machine maintained stable high-speed operation at 7,200 sheets per hour throughout the demonstration. Led by Dayuan’s technical personnel, the visitors observed the whole process of raw material processing and core component finishing. Whether for large transmission shafts or miniature precision screws, the 5-axis machining technology delivers a processing accuracy of 0.005mm, ensuring seamless assembly and long-term stable operation of finished equipment.
Many guests pointed out that independent high-precision machining capabilities like Dayuan’s are uncommon among domestic post-press equipment manufacturers, serving as a core guarantee for stable and consistent product quality even in large-scale mass production.
