The 2026 Seminar…held in Changsha, Hunan, from September 2 to 4, brought together packaging converters, material suppliers and equipment manufacturers for in-depth discussion on process innovation, intelligent production, and quality upgrading. Dayuan Machinery joined the event with post-press solutions tailored to high-end tobacco packaging, headlined by an industry-first triple hot stamping & die cutting machine engineered for cigarette box production.

At the center of Dayuan's presentation was the MHK-3S920TTT TRIOPRESS Automatic High Speed Triple Hot Stamping & Die Cutting Machine. As an industry-first system, it was developed to serve as a production anchor for cigarette packaging, particularly under tight margin conditions. Tailored for high-end packaging applications, the machine meets tobacco packaging's stringent requirements for sophisticated workflows, uniform output quality and robust anti-counterfeiting capability. The machine is fitted with three independently servo-driven hot stamping stations that operate asynchronously and can be flexibly configured, collapsing multiple standalone processing steps into a single sheet pass. Preliminary calculations indicate that this model can reduce manufacturing costs by approximately 15%, boost throughput by 30% and cut manpower needs by two operators per shift—substantial operational savings for high-volume tobacco packaging plants. Because hot stamping, deep embossing and die cutting are all accomplished in one pass, the accuracy loss typically caused by repeated re-registration is minimized, helping converters hold uniform output quality across long production runs.
The MHK-3S920TTT supports both conventional and holographic hot stamping, generating iridescent visual effects that elevate a package's shelf appeal. Its proprietary holographic patterns are extremely difficult to replicate, providing a robust anti-counterfeit layer that safeguards brand interests and market share—a decisive advantage in tobacco packaging, where counterfeit resistance is a core requirement.

To meet high-end tobacco packaging mass-production demands, Dayuan also presented the BHT-1060SCE Automatic Die Cutting Machine with Stripping & Blanking. Paired with MHK-3S920TTT, it supports flexible production layouts. This unit integrates die cutting, stripping and blanking into one continuous process, delivering neatly separated blanks that are ready for subsequent folder-gluing without extra manual handling.
Smart features support high-mix order structures: automatic stacking-mode switching adapts the machine to different job types, an electronic position sensor ensures precise separation-sheet insertion for neat output piles, and non-stop sampling enables real-time quality verification without interrupting the workflow.
The two-machine combination enables tobacco packaging manufacturers to control quality, optimize workflows and achieve high-end, refined and cost‑effective manufacturing.
Discussions held during this seminar deepened Dayuan's understanding of niche requirements within the tobacco packaging sector. Drawing on technological innovation, Dayuan will continue to strengthen the collaborative performance of its die cutting, hot stamping and stripping product lines, delivering more efficient and stable post-press processing offerings for tobacco packaging and other high-end packaging customers.
