From September 6 to 8, 2026, the Zhejiang Yiwu Packaging & Printing Exhibition was held at the Yiwu International Expo Center. Bringing together equipment manufacturers, material suppliers and brand owners, the event served as an efficient platform for technical exchange and business matchmaking, while reflecting the industry's shift toward intelligent and precision-driven production. In particular, demand for high-speed, high-precision and highly stable post-press equipment—especially for hot stamping and die cutting—continues to grow.
Addressing this demand, Dayuan Machinery highlighted its high-end intelligent series solution—the MHK-1050AT Automatic Hot Foil Stamping & Die Cutting Machine (Heavy Duty)—at Booth AT-11, Hall A1. Designed for high-end packaging production pursuing efficiency and scale, the machine delivers a maximum pressing force of 600T, a top working speed of 7,500 sheets per hour, and die cutting accuracy within ±0.075mm. These specifications ensure stable and reliable performance under continuous high-output operation, delivering measurable and lasting returns for customers.

In terms of core performance, the machine is equipped with several key configurations that enhance precision and stability. A servo-controlled gripper bar rear positioning system and a torque-limiting overload protector enable it to handle complex processes reliably at high speed. Combined with a micro-adjustable die cutting plate and a Siemens human-machine interface, the machine offers convenient operation and precise control, laying a solid foundation for stable execution of high-precision processes such as hot stamping.

For hot stamping, the MHK-1050AT is fitted with Dayuan's independently developed AC801 hot stamping control system, delivering positioning accuracy (stamping tolerance ≤±0.1mm) and fast response, and enabling high-speed intelligent skip feeding of large-format hot stamping foil. The skip function automatically optimizes feed steps based on the pattern layout, improving efficiency while significantly reducing foil waste and lowering per-sheet stamping costs. In addition, the machine supports holographic hot stamping, producing grating-effect three-dimensional patterns with dynamic color shifts that combine high visual impact with anti-counterfeiting performance—ideal for high-value applications such as tobacco and alcohol packaging, cosmetic boxes and premium gift boxes.
During the exhibition, the Dayuan team conducted live machine demonstrations and engaged in in-depth discussions with visiting customers. The event provided Dayuan with valuable insight into evolving market demands. Moving forward, Dayuan Machinery will continue to focus on the real production scenarios of high-end packaging customers, advancing its hot stamping and die cutting technology of its hot stamping and die cutting equipment to deliver more efficient, stable and cost-effective packaging solutions for customers worldwide.
