One-button start enables automatic centralized alignment of all parts, non-stop paper feeding, automatic recurving, edge correction, longitudinal cutting, slitting, paper collection, and non-stop tray changing. With a maximum speed of 540 cuts per minute, it uses vacuum suction conveying to ensure the paper surface is free of scratches and impacts, providing users with the ultimate product quality and meeting their needs for mass production.

The BHT-1650FC fully automatic die-cutting machine link production line with waste removal and linkage is the star product of this event. It represents a breakthrough in both efficiency and flexibility.
Our ingenious combination of a flat-push automatic paper feeder, die-cutting unit, waste removal unit, and multi-functional automatic sheeter ensures seamless workflow and reduces unnecessary handling steps. Our sheeter achieves sheeting in both longitudinal and transverse directions with a single paper feed, eliminating the need for turning.

It features a quick-adjustment frame and a fine-adjustment bottom plate, directly reducing frame adjustment time by 50%. The gripper bar uses flexible and durable small gripper carbon fiber material. The waste removal section features a three-frame, four-side waste removal system to prevent loose boards. The paper delivery section employs a non-stop roller shutter paper delivery design, enabling continuous paper delivery without stopping the machine.
