Each unit is driven by a servo motor, allowing for flexible process combinations and the selection of any single unit for operation. The entire machine is controlled via a PLC touchscreen. Equipped with a fine-tuning frame and a fine-tuning bottom plate, it enables quick and precise adjustments, reducing setup time and ensuring high production efficiency.

With a maximum speed of 8,000 sheets per hour, the die-cutting, waste removal, and product sorting processes are completed in a single paper feed, reducing manual intervention in subsequent processes and improving production efficiency. The die-cutting unit utilizes turbine transmission technology, allowing the moving platform to operate with precise speed changes, ensuring high efficiency and preventing board breakage.
MHK-1500AT Fully Automatic Hot Stamping Flatbed Die Cutting Machine (Heavy Duty):
Designed for large-format hot stamping and deep embossing processes, the main unit has a pressure of 600T and a maximum speed of 6000 sheets per hour. It is equipped with a self-developed hot stamping control system and aluminum foil feeding system, as well as a toothed bar rear positioning servo control system, an automatic oil supply system, and a main unit lubricating oil (cooling) cooling system, ensuring stable hot stamping.

Designed specifically for the high-efficiency die-cutting and waste removal needs of premium packaging industries such as milk pouches and tote bags, this machine boasts a maximum speed of 7000 sheets per hour. It is suitable for 100-2000g/m² cardboard, 0.1-2mm cardboard, and ≤4mm corrugated paper. Equipped with a non-stop roller shutter secondary paper collection design, it enables continuous paper collection without interrupting the machine's operation.
