The BHT‑1650FC Automatic Die Cutting Machine Linkage Production Line proved the most popular exhibit. Customers can customize it to suit different production needs and product flows, with support for personalized configurations and integration with upstream and downstream equipment. Compared with conventional single machines, this integrated line significantly boosts output and lowers paper waste, directly addressing common headaches such as slow mass production and inefficient material consumption.
The system handles corrugated paper up to 9mm thick, including F, E, B, C, A, and AB flutes. It meets export‑grade packaging strength requirements for products like multi‑panel beer cartons.

With one-key startup, it runs fully automated centralized alignment and smooth operation. It supports non-stop paper splicing, automatic curl correction, edge adjustment, longitudinal cutting, slitting, stacking, and tray switching. The top speed is 540 cuts per minute.
The vacuum suction transport system keeps the paper surface free of scratches and dents, ensuring good product quality. This machine is built for high-volume production, balancing high efficiency with precision.
High-Efficiency Die Cutting for Mass Production
BHT-1060CE Automatic Die Cutting & Creasing Machine with Stripping is designed for high-efficiency die cutting and waste removal, reaching speeds up to 9,000 sheets per hour.
Notable features include a feeder with four suction cups and six feeding functions, plus an ultrasonic double‑sheet detector that prevents double feeds and paper jams. The die‑cutting section uses turbine variable‑speed transmission, allowing the moving platen to operate at variable speeds. This reduces defects such as dot marks and improves cutting quality. The gripper bar is made of flexible, durable carbon fiber with small gripper nozzles.
The stripping section incorporates a waste removal system with three frames and four sides. The upper and lower frames move while the middle frame stays fixed, preventing loose plates. The paper receiving section uses a non‑stop curtain secondary paper collection device, enabling continuous operation without stopping the machine.
