Equipped with a full servo drive system, it supports flexible process combination switching, allowing users to operate the complete production line or activate independent functional units according to actual production requirements. The intuitive PLC touchscreen enables precise parameter adjustment and simple daily operation. With finely adjustable plate frames and cutting plates, the machine realizes fast and accurate mold setting, greatly shortening plate replacement time while maintaining excellent high-speed precision and production efficiency.

6. SMC-1500ZH High-Speed Servo Double Helix Sheet Cutter with Auto Splicing & Pallet Changing
Featuring one-click intelligent startup and automatic full-position centering, this high-end sheeter integrates multiple intelligent functions: automatic paper splicing, paper anti-curve correction, edge positioning calibration, longitudinal slitting, non-stop rolling curtain paper feeding and automatic pallet replacement. It supports a maximum cutting speed of 540 cuts per minute. The vacuum adsorption paper conveying method avoids surface scratches and impact marks on paper materials, ensuring superior finished product quality for various printing and packaging processing scenarios.
