Dayuan's MHK-1180FC/EFC Automatic Flatbed Die Cutting & Waste Stripping Machine (Lead Edge / Bottom Feeder) is an intelligent die cutting solution for mass production of high-end corrugated boards, flexibly adapting to diverse specification requirements. FC series adopt lead edge feeder with strong adaptability to various boards; EFC series are equipped with an advanced bottom suction paper feeder to ensure zero surface damage. It features a high-efficiency three frames and four sides stripping unit, integrating the servo controlled gripper bar positioning device, German Siemens intelligent HMI, precision timing belt/pulley drive intermittent mechanism, with torque limiting overload protector and efficient main machine cooling and lubrication mechanism, maintaining consistent product precision in complex automated tasks.

Lead Edge Feeder (FC Series)

High-speed and precise lead edge feeder with high feeding accuracy, strong suction power, anti-slip performance, and stable transportation for various types of corrugated board.
New technology polyester wheels with grid lifter and air cushion ensure smooth feeding and accurate alignment even when dealing with warped board.
Inverter-controlled fine vacuum suction adjustment device.
Electric side-pushing baffles (both the left and right sides).
Independent or synchronous adjustment of left/right baffles.
Slanted front baffle with fine-tuning (forward/backward + upward/downward).

Down Feeder (EFC Series)

High precision bottom suction feeder with non-stop suction nozzle, uses vacuum adsorption mechanism to send corrugated board into the paper pressing rollers, effectively avoiding sheet scratches during feeding.
Electric side-pushing baffle and pneumatic sheet aligning device (right side).
Electrically controlled paper feed roller.
Paper presser and front gauge; double sheet detector respond accurately.
Front hook adjustment device; paper bending up and down can be adjusted.
Blow-suction dual-purpose vacuum pump of German Becker brand.

Sheet Transmission and Alignment Section

Non-stop feeding step adjustment.
The fine-tuning device for the front baffle's front and rear positions can be finely adjusted according to the gripper margin size.
Left/right positioning push gauges ensure precise side positioning of the cardboard.

Die Cutting Unit

A complete set of imported anodized aluminum alloy gripper bars and positioning structure, fine steel gripper teeth and supporting gripper plates.

Servo controlled gripper bar positioning device: Each gripper bar can be adjusted by PLC touch screen button to ensure the accuracy of gripper bar, with permanent accuracy of ±0.075mm (Invention Patent).

Stripping Unit (Three frames & four sides)

Users can choose whether to use the stripping function by lifting upper stripping frame.
Intermediate negative stripping transmission mechanism.
The installation of the middle stripping board adopts the center line quick positioning installation method, enabling the operators to install the stripping board quickly and improving the plate changing efficiency.
The gripper stripping device can automatically convey gripper waste edges out of the machine.

Delivery Unit (High pile stacking)

Roll-up curtain type auxiliary paper delivery device, can realize non-stop paper delivery.
High pile stacking table adopts lifting device, paper delivery structure can pull the whole pile of paper out of the machine (Special for high pile stacking delivery).
Paper delivery alignment device.
Photoelectric detection of upper and lower limit switches can effectively prevent the paper stacking table from excessive paper pile stacking and paper curling up.

Electrical Unit
