The Dayuan C-1080F Automatic Full-Sheet Stripping & Blanking Machine is a new high-speed blanking system with automatic collection and palletizing, replacing traditional manual operations. It enables one-pass complete waste removal without mold changes, offering high efficiency, energy saving and easy operation to cut labor costs and boost capacity. With honeycomb frame and adjustable pins, it suits various boxes, thoroughly stripping waste via lower supporting pins and upper pressing pins. For products within its size range, it fully removes all die-cut waste in one pass, including boxes, windows, aircraft holes and front/back stitching waste edges.
