Overview

Dayuan C-1080BK Dual-Function Semi-Automatic Full-Sheet & Row Blanking Machine features a powerful waste removal system with both row stripping and full sheet stripping functions, enabling one-pass complete stripping and blanking for various boxes, windows, aircraft holes and front-back stitching waste edges within its size range. Without mold changes, its honeycomb plate frame and positioning pins adapt to diverse box shapes, with lower pins supporting products and upper pins compacting waste for clean stripping. The machine offers high efficiency, easy operation, supports OEM upper working panels for custom die-cut layouts, expands processing range, boosts production capacity and saves labor, tooling and mold costs.

Robust Frame

The machine’s high-precision frame is more robust, ensuring the main body of the machine can bear heavy loads. Four 80mm diameter main frame pipes are capable of with standing a pressure of 80 tons.

Hydraulic Pump

The machine adopts a vane-type hydraulic pump to ensure the stability of the machine's working pressure.

Whole Blanking Function

It removes waste from the product in a single operation through upper and lower pins. No mold is required for boxes of different sizes and shapes.
Upper pins are used to remove waste parts. Diameter: 5mm & 3mm
