MHC-1100BC is a Semi Automatic Flatbed Die Cutting Machine with Waste Stripping from Dayuan's classic series. With core functions of die cutting and stripping, it operates stably in continuous production, integrating post-press processing to greatly simplify steps and speed up production turnover.

It adopts manual paper feeding with precise positioning for stable feeding; the stripping unit is equipped with three frames stripping system to optimize post-press flow. The whole machine casting uses nodular cast iron and PLC automatic pressure control system, ensuring stable operation and easy operation, making it a practical and reliable choice for enterprises to enhance production capacity.

Paper Feeding Unit

Suitable for multiple uses of cardboard, corrugated paper, and greyboard paper.
Equipped with a monitor to observe the operation of the delivery section.
A 10.4-inch color screen shows the working status of the machine.
Pre-paper stacking mechanism for high work efficiency.

Die Cutting Unit

A complete set of imported anodized aluminum alloy gripper bars and positioning structure, fine steel gripper teeth and supporting gripper plates.
Adjustable gripper bar structure.
The pressure regulating device enables precise pressure control via PLC touch screen buttons.
Die-cutting pressure is measured directly and accurately by deformation measuring device and displayed on the human-machine interface.
Central positioning device.

Stripping Unit (Three frames)

Upper/Lower waste transmission mechanism.
Users can choose whether to use the stripping function by lifting upper stripping frame.
Intermediate negative stripping transmission mechanism.
The installation of the middle stripping board adopts the center line quick positioning installation method, enabling the operators to install the stripping board quickly and improving the plate changing efficiency.

Delivery Unit

High pile stacking table adopts lifting device, paper delivery structure can pull the whole pile of paper out of the machine (Special for high pile stacking delivery).
Paper delivery alignment device.
Photoelectric detection of upper and lower limit switches can effectively prevent excessive paper pile stacking and paper curling up.
Spring chain adjustment device can reduce the inertia impact during the steering of the gripper bar, and maintain the balanced tension of the chain.

Electrical Unit

The die-cutting unit adopts 10.4-inch touch display screens.
The machine adopts Germany Moeller brand relays, AC contactors, air switches and buttons, to ensure the stability and reliability of electrical parts.
The machine adopts Japanese Omron brand photoelectric switch, optical fiber, encoder and sensor, to ensure the accuracy and stability of electrical detection of each part of the action.
