Dayuan MHK-2S1050TTC features two imprint units with servo motors work asynchronously, finishing hot stamping, deep embossing, die cutting and stripping in single pass, greatly shortening production cycles and ensuring product precision.

Paper Feeding Unit

Fish-scale powerful feeder head with 4 suction and 6 delivery. The suction head can be adjust to various angles according to paper deformation.
Horizontal paper separation blower.
The main and auxiliary stacking tables alternate without stopping, ensuring non-stop feeder operation.
Electrical left/right fine-tuning device for the main feed pile.
The paper alignment adjustment device can adjust the distance before the paper reaches the gauge without stopping the machine.
Blow-suction dual-purpose vacuum pump of German Becker brand.

Paper Conveying Unit

Pneumatic lifting device for paper feeding frame.

Die Cutting Unit

The pressure regulating device enables precise pressure control via PLC touch screen buttons.
The 15mm die-cut steel backing plate and a 5mm combined lower backing plate with +/-0.9mm vertical and horizontal fine-tuning device.

Main Machine(refrigeration) cooling and lubrication mechanism

The whole machine adopts a centralized automatic oil supply system to ensure that the transmission parts are not short of oil.
Automatic oil pumping circulation cooling device ensures the lubrication of the main machine during long-term high-speed operation and maintains the normal temperature of the lubricating oil of the main machine.

Stripping Unit (Three frames & Four sides)

Users can choose whether to use the stripping function by lifting upper stripping frame.
Intermediate negative stripping transmission mechanism.
The installation of the middle stripping board adopts the center line quick positioning installation method, enabling the operators to install the stripping board quickly and improving the plate changing efficiency.
