As Dayuan's flagship dual-station full stripping hot stamping & die cutting solution, the BHT-2S1060TRSCE/2S1060TMSCE Double‑Unit Automatic Hot Stamping & Die Cutting Machine With Stripping & Blanking series uses an independent servo motor drive system for dual stations. It allows flexible process combination and asynchronous operation, achieving hot stamping, deep embossing, die cutting, stripping and blanking in one paper pass.

With a micro-adjustable three frames four sides stripping system (upper/lower frames work in synergy, middle frame stationary), its full sheet delivery offers high production scheduling flexibility. Supporting energy recovery to cut overall energy use, it is a strategic choice for high-end brands pursuing top craftsmanship, efficiency and sustainability.

Paper Feeding Unit

Fish-scale powerful feeder head with 4 suction and 6 delivery. The suction head can be adjust to various angles according to paper deformation.
Horizontal paper separation blower.
Full automatic non-stop alternating operation of main and auxiliary paper stacks without operator intervention. (Available as an option)
Electrical left/right fine-tuning device for the main feed pile.
The paper alignment adjustment device can adjust the distance before the paper reaches the gauge without stopping the machine.
Blow-suction dual-purpose vacuum pump of German Becker brand.

Paper Conveying Unit

Slowdown mechanism for sheet feeding at the front gauge.
Ultrasonic double sheet detection system with effortless calibration, precise operation, and protection against surface scratches.
Four front gauges can be adjusted individually.
Paper pressing device feeds warped sheets smoothly to the front gauge.
Push-pull dual-purpose side gauges on both sides.
Photoelectric detection on both side and front gauges.
If the paper is not in place, the system can force the gripper to open and close.

Hot Foil Stamping Unit

Independent R&D of AC801 hot stamping control system, with high operation accuracy and fast speed, which can realize high-speed intelligent skip operation with large-format electrochemical aluminum foil (Invention Patent).

Main Machine(refrigeration) cooling and lubrication mechanism
