BHT-2S1060TRC/2S1060TMC is a benchmark Double‑Unit Automatic Hot Stamping & Die Cutting Machine With Stripping & Heating System from Dayuan. Both impression units have servo motors for asynchronous operation, enabling hot stamping, deep embossing, die cutting and stripping in one paper pass. It has carbon fiber gripper bars and an automatic plate frame pusher for high precision.

The machine features a three frames and four sides stripping system and an energy-saving system. The stripping unit has a fine-tuning device: upper/lower frames run while the middle stays stationary, reducing continuous dots and preventing board scattering. The energy-saving system supports kinetic energy recovery, cutting energy use significantly and being eco-friendly. This die cutting machine reliably boosts product added value and market recognition.

Paper Feeding Unit

Fish-scale powerful feeder head with 4 suction and 6 delivery. The suction head can be adjust to various angles according to paper deformation.
Horizontal paper separation blower.
Full automatic non-stop alternating operation of main and auxiliary paper stacks without operator intervention. (Available as an option)
Electrical left/right fine-tuning device for the main feed pile.
The paper alignment adjustment device can adjust the distance before the paper reaches the gauge without stopping the machine.
Blow-suction dual-purpose vacuum pump of German Becker brand.

Paper Conveying Unit

Slowdown mechanism for sheet feeding at the front gauge.
Ultrasonic double sheet detection system with effortless calibration, precise operation, and protection against surface scratches.
Four front gauges can be adjusted individually.
Paper pressing device feeds warped sheets smoothly to the front gauge.
Push-pull dual-purpose side gauges on both sides.
Photoelectric detection on both side and front gauges.
If the paper is not in place, the system can force the gripper to open and close.

Hot Foil Stamping Unit

Independent R&D of AC801 hot stamping control system, with high operation accuracy and fast speed, which can realize high-speed intelligent skip operation with large-format electrochemical aluminum foil (Invention Patent).

Die Cutting Unit

Servo controlled gripper bar positioning device: Each gripper bar can be adjusted by PLC touch screen button to ensure the accuracy of gripper bar, with permanent accuracy of ±0.075mm (Invention Patent).
Pressure regulating device, which can realize accurate control of pressure through PLC touch screen.
The 15mm die-cut steel backing plate and a 5mm combined lower backing plate with +/-0.9mm vertical and horizontal fine-tuning device.

Main Machine(refrigeration) cooling and lubrication mechanism

The whole machine adopts a centralized automatic oil supply system to ensure that the transmission parts are not short of oil.
Automatic oil pumping circulation cooling device ensures the lubrication of the main machine during long-term high-speed operation and maintains the normal temperature of the lubricating oil of the main machine.

Stripping Unit (Three frames & Four sides)

The upper and lower frames operate while the middle frame remains stationary so there are fewer connection points, and the plate is not prone to coming apart.

Delivery Unit

Roll-up curtain type auxiliary paper delivery device, can realize non-stop paper delivery.

Paper delivery alignment device.
Photoelectric detection of upper and lower limit switches can effectively prevent excessive paper pile stacking and paper curling up.

Electrical Unit

The die-cutting unit and the delivery unit adopt 10.4-inch and 7-inch Germany Siemens touch screens.
