Its three independent servo driven stations support asynchronous operation and flexible process combination, finishing hot stamping, deep embossing, die cutting and stripping in one pass. It has a micro-adjustable three frames four sides stripping unit: upper and lower frames run, middle one stationary, ensuring thorough stripping without paper damage. Backed by national patents, it features carbon fiber gripper bars and energy-saving devices, boosting efficiency, optimizing overall costs, and delivering a premium solution for top quality and high output.

Paper Feeding Unit

Fish-scale powerful feeder head with 4 suction and 6 delivery. The suction head can be adjust to various angles according to paper deformation.
Horizontal paper separation blower.
Full automatic non-stop alternating operation of main and auxiliary paper stacks without operator intervention. (Available as an option)
Electrical left/right fine-tuning device for the main feed pile.
The paper alignment adjustment device can adjust the distance before the paper reaches the gauge without stopping the machine.
Blow-suction dual-purpose vacuum pump of German Becker brand.

Paper Conveying Unit

Slowdown mechanism for sheet feeding at the front gauge.
Ultrasonic double sheet detection system with effortless calibration, precise operation, and protection against surface scratches.
Four front gauges can be adjusted individually.
Paper pressing device feeds warped sheets smoothly to the front gauge.
Push-pull dual-purpose side gauges on both sides.
Photoelectric detection on both side and front gauges.
If the paper is not in place, the system can force the gripper to open and close.

Hot Foil Stamping Unit

Independent R&D of AC801 hot stamping control system, with high operation accuracy and fast speed, which can realize high-speed intelligent skip operation with large-format electrochemical aluminum foil (Invention Patent).
Three vertical and two horizontal independent foil feeding system. (Optional, up to 6 vertical feeding)
Three-vertical large-format dual-axis foil rewinding device (Invention Patent).

Die Cutting Unit

Pressure regulating device, which can realize accurate control of pressure through PLC touch screen.
The 15mm die-cut steel backing plate and a 5mm combined lower backing plate with +/-0.9mm vertical and horizontal fine-tuning device.

Main Machine(refrigeration) cooling and lubrication mechanism

The whole machine adopts a centralized automatic oil supply system to ensure that the transmission parts are not short of oil.
Automatic oil pumping circulation cooling device ensures the lubrication of the main machine during long-term high-speed operation and maintains the normal temperature of the lubricating oil of the main machine.

Stripping Unit (Three frames & Four sides)

Pneumatic quick lock device.
Center line quick positioning mechanism.
The upper and lower frames operate while the middle frame remains stationary so there are fewer connection points, and the plate is not prone to coming apart.
High efficiency and smooth CAM movement curve drives large moving angle stripping and full stripping tools.
Stripping frame has micro-adjustment device with digital display.
The gripper stripping device can automatically convey gripper waste edges out of the machine.
