BHT-3S1060TTT is Dayuan's high-end TRIOPRESS Automatic High Speed Triple Hot Stamping & Die Cutting Machine for premium packaging. It has three independent servo-driven hot stamping stations—each supports asynchronous operation and flexible process setup, finishing hot stamping, deep embossing and die cutting in single paper pass.

With carbon fiber gripper bars and automatic plate frame loader, the machine can run stably. Backed by multiple national patents, it features energy recovery, boosting production efficiency and operational economy. This delivers a reliable solution combining excellent quality and cost advantages, meeting high-end packaging's precision, efficiency and sustainability needs.

Paper Feeding Unit

Fish-scale powerful feeder head with 4 suction and 6 delivery. The suction head can be adjust to various angles according to paper deformation.
Horizontal paper separation blower.
Full automatic non-stop alternating operation of main and auxiliary paper stacks without operator intervention. (Available as an option)
Electrical left/right fine-tuning device for the main feed pile.
The paper alignment adjustment device can adjust the distance before the paper reaches the gauge without stopping the machine.
Blow-suction dual-purpose vacuum pump of German Becker brand.

Paper Conveying Unit

Slowdown mechanism for sheet feeding at the front gauge.
Ultrasonic double sheet detection system with effortless calibration, precise operation, and protection against surface scratches.
Four front gauges can be adjusted individually.
Paper pressing device feeds warped sheets smoothly to the front gauge.
Push-pull dual-purpose side gauges on both sides.
Photoelectric detection on both side and front gauges.
If the paper is not in place, the system can force the gripper to open and close.

Hot Foil Stamping Unit

Independent R&D of AC801 hot stamping control system, with high operation accuracy and fast speed, which can realize high-speed intelligent skip operation with large-format electrochemical aluminum foil (Invention Patent).
Three vertical and two horizontal independent foil feeding system. (Optional, up to 6 vertical feeding)
Three-vertical large-format dual-axis foil rewinding device (Invention Patent).
Foil broken detection system.

Die Cutting Unit

High-tech carbon fiber gripper bars and positioning structure, fine steel small gripper teeth and supporting gripper plates.
Servo controlled gripper bar positioning device: Each gripper bar can be adjusted by PLC touch screen button to ensure the accuracy of gripper bar, with permanent accuracy of ±0.075mm (Invention Patent).
Pressure regulating device, which can realize accurate control of pressure through PLC touch screen.
The 15mm die-cut steel backing plate and a 5mm combined lower backing plate with +/-0.9mm vertical and horizontal fine-tuning device.
Central positioning device.
Die-cutting chase automatic push-pull mechanism.
Die-cutting chase quick locking device.
20-temperature zones independent control system.
The main motor utilizes servo motor transmission.

Main Machine(refrigeration) cooling and lubrication mechanism

The whole machine adopts a centralized automatic oil supply system to ensure that the transmission parts are not short of oil.
Automatic oil pumping circulation cooling device ensures the lubrication of the main machine during long-term high-speed operation and maintains the normal temperature of the lubricating oil of the main machine.

Electrical Unit

Self-developed PLC control system(Invention Patent).
The die-cutting unit and the delivery unit adopt 10.4-inch and 7-inch Germany Siemens touch screens.
The machine adopts Germany Moeller brand relays, AC contactors, air switches and buttons, to ensure the stability and reliability of electrical parts.
The machine adopts Japanese Omron brand photoelectric switch, optical fiber, encoder and sensor, to ensure the accuracy and stability of electrical detection of each part of the action.
