Dayuan's intelligent Double‑Station Automatic Hot Stamping & Die Cutting Machine with Stripping & Heating System, MHK-2S920TRC/2S920TMC, has two servo-driven imprint units for asynchronous operation, finishing multi-processes in one pass. Its servo controlled gripper bar positioning device enables precision micro-adjustment via touch screen for consistent complex processes. Equipped with energy-saving devices and the micro-adjustable three frames and four sides stripping system, it enables damage-free stripping and kinetic energy recovery, cutting energy consumption and costs sharply, an ideal tool to boost product added value and build high-end market recognition for brands.

Paper Feeding Unit

Fish-scale powerful feeder head with 4 suction and 6 delivery. The suction head can be adjust to various angles according to paper deformation.
Horizontal paper separation blower.
The main and auxiliary stacking tables alternate without stopping, ensuring non-stop feeder operation.
Electrical left/right fine-tuning device for the main feed pile.
The paper alignment adjustment device can adjust the distance before the paper reaches the gauge without stopping the machine.
Blow-suction dual-purpose vacuum pump of German Becker brand.

Paper Conveying Unit

Pneumatic lifting device for paper feeding frame.
Single-point clutch: The conveying part and the main machine part can be separated and synchronously combined at any time, which simplifies and facilitates the operation sequence.
PLC and electronic cam control the timing of the whole machine.
Push-pull dual-purpose side gauges on both sides.
Photoelectric detection on both side and front gauges.

Hot Foil Stamping Unit

Die Cutting Unit

A complete set of imported anodized aluminum alloy gripper bars and positioning structure, fine steel gripper teeth and supporting gripper plates.
Servo controlled gripper bar positioning device: Each gripper bar can be adjusted by PLC touch screen button to ensure the accuracy of gripper bar, with permanent accuracy of ±0.075mm (Invention Patent).
The pressure regulating device enables precise pressure control via PLC touch screen buttons.
The 15mm die-cut steel backing plate and a 5mm combined lower backing plate with +/-0.9mm vertical and horizontal fine-tuning device.
Die-cutting frame with fine-tuning device.
Central positioning device.
The main motor utilizes servo motor transmission.

Main Machine(refrigeration) cooling and lubrication mechanism

The whole machine adopts a centralized automatic oil supply system to ensure that the transmission parts are not short of oil.
Automatic oil pumping circulation cooling device ensures the lubrication of the main machine during long-term high-speed operation and maintains the normal temperature of the lubricating oil of the main machine.

Stripping Unit (Three frames & Four sides)

Users can choose whether to use the stripping function by lifting upper stripping frame.
Intermediate negative stripping transmission mechanism.
The installation of the middle stripping board adopts the center line quick positioning installation method, enabling the operators to install the stripping board quickly and improving the plate changing efficiency.
The gripper stripping device can automatically convey gripper waste edges out of the machine.

Delivery Unit

Roll-up curtain type auxiliary paper delivery device, can realize non-stop paper delivery.
Adjustable mechanical paper delivery brush press mechanism to help gripper bar discharge and stack paper.
Paper delivery alignment device.
Photoelectric detection of upper and lower limit switches can effectively prevent excessive paper pile stacking and paper curling up.
The delivery section can be controlled through touch screen.
The two-way auxiliary air blowing.

Electrical Unit

Self-developed PLC control system(Invention Patent).
The die-cutting unit and the delivery unit adopt 10.4-inch and 7-inch Germany Siemens touch screens.
The machine adopts Germany Moeller brand relays, AC contactors, air switches and buttons, to ensure the stability and reliability of electrical parts.
The machine adopts Japanese Omron brand photoelectric switch, optical fiber, encoder and sensor, to ensure the accuracy and stability of electrical detection of each part of the action.
