Its two impression units, with independent servo drive, support asynchronous operation. One paper pass finishes deep embossing, die cutting and stripping, with full, clear embossing meeting strict quality standards.

The machine has a micro-adjustment three frames stripping system: upper/lower frames run while the middle stays idle, reducing continuous dots and preventing board scattering. It also has an energy-saving system—ensuring high precision and stability, it recovers kinetic energy to cut consumption, offering an energy-efficient, sustainable long-term production solution.

Paper Feeding Unit

Fish-scale powerful feeder head with 4 suction and 6 delivery. The suction head can be adjust to various angles according to paper deformation.
Horizontal paper separation blower.
Full automatic non-stop alternating operation of main and auxiliary paper stacks without operator intervention. (Available as an option)
Electrical left/right fine-tuning device for the main feed pile.
The paper alignment adjustment device can adjust the distance before the paper reaches the gauge without stopping the machine.
Blow-suction dual-purpose vacuum pump of German Becker brand.

Paper Conveying Unit

Slowdown mechanism for sheet feeding at the front gauge.
Ultrasonic double sheet detection system with effortless calibration, precise operation, and protection against surface scratches.
Four front gauges can be adjusted individually.
Paper pressing device feeds warped sheets smoothly to the front gauge.
Push-pull dual-purpose side gauges on both sides.
Photoelectric detection on both side and front gauges.
If the paper is not in place, the system can force the gripper to open and close.

Die Cutting Unit

High-tech carbon fiber gripper bars and positioning structure, fine steel small gripper teeth and supporting gripper plates.
Servo controlled gripper bar positioning device: Each gripper bar can be adjusted by PLC touch screen button to ensure the accuracy of gripper bar, with permanent accuracy of ±0.075mm (Invention Patent).
Pressure regulating device, which can realize accurate control of pressure through PLC touch screen.
The 15mm die-cut steel backing plate and a 5mm combined lower backing plate with +/-0.9mm vertical and horizontal fine-tuning device.
Central positioning device.

Main Machine(refrigeration) cooling and lubrication mechanism

The whole machine adopts a centralized automatic oil supply system to ensure that the transmission parts are not short of oil.
Automatic oil pumping circulation cooling device ensures the lubrication of the main machine during long-term high-speed operation and maintains the normal temperature of the lubricating oil of the main machine.

Stripping Unit (Three-frame & Four-side)

Delivery Unit

Roll-up curtain type auxiliary paper delivery device, can realize non-stop paper delivery.
