For high-grade liquor packaging production, Dayuan presented the MHK-2S1050RMC DUOPRESS high-speed heating-type die-cutting machine. It realizes one-pass completion of deep embossing, precision die-cutting and waste stripping procedures, with a top running speed of 7,200 sheets per hour. Every functional unit is configured with an independent servo motor, bringing flexible and diverse processing combinations. Operators can control single units or the whole system freely via the PLC touchscreen. The vivid three-dimensional embossed samples exhibited on site intuitively proved the equipment’s outstanding ability to enhance the premium texture and market value of liquor packaging.
The heavy-duty MHK-1500AT automatic hot foil stamping and die-cutting machine features a large 1500×1100mm processing area and strong compatibility with diverse substrates, perfectly fitting high-standard foil stamping and deep embossing production needs. Targeting dairy packaging and high-end luxury paper bag production, the MHK-1180CE automatic stripping die-cutting and creasing machine offers a super-large 1180×1050mm processing format. Supported by a non-stop rolling curtain continuous delivery system, it achieves uninterrupted cyclic production, effectively boosting overall operational efficiency for high-end packaging batches.
The SMC-1500ZH servo precision double-helix high-speed sheet cutter with auto splicing and pallet changer sets a new industry benchmark with a top speed of 540 cuts per minute. This fully intelligent equipment supports one-touch centralized alignment and integrates multiple core automatic functions, including non-stop paper splicing, active anti-curling correction, intelligent edge calibration, precision slitting, sheet collection and automatic pallet replacement — a pioneering integrated design in the industry. Adopting a full vacuum adsorption conveying system, the machine provides comprehensive surface protection for paper materials, completely eliminating scratches, impact marks and other common defects.
