At this exhibition, Dayuan will highlight the H-1716CH web-fed digital printing machine, newly launched this year. The machine features an integrated inline digital printing system. It is equipped with 8-color, 16 Epson I3200-A1 micro piezo printheads and adopts high-definition inkjet printing technology for high color saturation and fine pattern reproduction. It is equipped with original Fiery RIP software. The machine achieves a full set of intelligent functions including automatic web feeding, digital printing, film laminating, tension control, edge correction, slitting, automatic cross cutting, and automatic paper collection. MHK-2S1050TTC DUOPRESS Automatic Double Hot Foil Stamping & Die Cutting Machine with Stripping
The MHK series DUOPRESS automatic double hot foil stamping and die cutter machine with stripping allows unit functions to be selected and combined according to process requirements. Each unit's main section adopts independent servo drive, and each imprinting unit can work asynchronously. Maximum pressure reaches 600T, and maximum working speed is 7,200 sheets/hour. Single-unit or dual-unit coordinated operation can be selected according to production needs, ensuring production flexibility while effectively reducing energy consumption for efficient and energy-saving operation. Equipped with a servo-controlled gripper bar positioning device, the accuracy of each gripper bar can be adjusted via PLC touchscreen buttons, permanently achieving accuracy within ±0.075 mm (invention patent). The BHT-1060CE automatic die cutter with stripping is equipped with a variable speed worm gear drive device, short die-cutting stroke, and large dynamic angle, making it ideal for multi-up high-speed production, with a maximum working speed of 9,000 sheets/hour. It features an advanced three-frame four-side stripping system. The upper and lower frames move while the middle frame remains stationary, achieving precise waste removal with fewer connection points, effectively preventing plate scattering. The machine is equipped with core technologies including a carbon fiber gripper bar, a micro-adjustable die cutting plate, and an advanced plate quick locking device, easily handling complex orders such as cigarette and liquor packaging.
KM-1500 Servo-Driven Double-Helix High-Precision Sheet Cutter Machine
The KM-1500 adopts Dayuan's exclusive patented embedded double-rotary spiral knife, with a maximum cutting speed of 540 cuts/min and cutting accuracy of ±0.1 mm. The machine is equipped with a vacuum suction conveying mechanism. With balanced and stable negative pressure, sheets are conveyed closely against the surface at high speed, effectively suppressing warping, deviation, and vibration, protecting the paper surface from marks and scratches, and continuously ensuring stable cutting accuracy. The cut surface is smooth and burr-free, and the finished sheets can be directly fed to the printing press.
